The latest of the Beard Center for Leadership
in Ethics’s ongoing Ethics Luncheon Forum
series will focus on issues surrounding the challenges
of women leaders and managers in workplaces dominated
by men. Featured speakers include Gretchen R. Haggerty,
executive vice president and chief financial officer
of United States Steel Corp., and Major General
Jessica L. Wright, adjutant general of Pennsylvania,
who will share their experiences and discuss what “breaking
the glass ceiling” means to them. A question-and-answer
session will follow their presentations.
