Brahms on the Bluff: Dual Duos and a Duet
As part of the three-year concert series Brahms
on the Bluff, this performance will feature pianist
Natasha Snitkovsky, Duquesne’s Hillman Distinguished
Professor of Piano David Allen Wehr, and Randolph
Kelly, principal violist with the Pittsburgh Symphony
Orchestra. During the concert, Wehr and Kelly
will team up for two duo sonatas, and Snitkovsky
will join Wehr for a rare piano duet, Variations
on a Theme of Schumann. The season concludes with
Wehr’s performance of the monumental Handel
Variations for solo piano.
